Riverside Staffing is currently seeking an Insurance Benefits Account Coordinator. This is an amazing opportunity with part time hours at a local Davenport, IA insurance firm. This candidate will be assisting in the sales and service of new and renewing employee benefits accounts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling pre renewal accounts
- In charge of maintaining client files
- Responsible for sorting and distributing incoming mail
- Responsible for loading coverage information for account executives
- Assists in presentations and employee packets as directed
- Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills
- Maintain the ability to accomplish duties
- Proficient with Microsoft word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Exhibit excellent team building skills, cooperation and collaboration with management and team members
